Returns / Exchange

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can exchange your unused items within 3 days. Contact us via email customercare@meddwear.com

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted.

 

REQUIREMENTS

- The item must not be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.

- The item with all the original packaging and tags still attached.

- The item with all accessories.

- The item on Sale/Special Promotions considered as a final sale.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your request is approved, we will process your new order for exchange and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement.

 

COLLECT / DELIVERY

Please note that delivery / collection costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
