ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between MEDD/WEAR ("MEDD/WEAR", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the meddwear.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by MEDD/WEAR hereinafter referred to as MEDD/WEAR. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
COPYRIGHT
MEDD/WEAR is a trade mark registered in Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Qatar. This website is owned, managed and operated by MEDD/WEAR Doha, Qatar. All trademarks, designs, pictures, graphics, logos, photos & other materials on our website, social media websites are copyrighted to MEDD/WEAR. All worldwide rights are reserved. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Your use of our Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any MEDD/WEAR trademarks.
ACCOUNT / ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following email address info@meddwear.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
If items that you ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. For any reasons of editing or changing your orders you may contact us via email info@meddwear.com within 24 hours.
Orders are accepted through our Website and Exhibitions only.
PAYMENT
We accept payments online using Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and NAPS. We do not accept or offer cash on delivery, bank transfer or cheque at this moment.Your order will be accepted after we receive the payment in full.
PRICING
Prices shown on the Site are in Qatari Riyal. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to markdowns and other commercial factors.We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time.The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Delivery Priortity
Full-price backorders are prioritized for delivery and will be delivered within 1 month. Sale and seasonal orders will be delivered within up to 3 months.
Gift Card
- Valid for online purchases through the MEDD website only
- Gift cards are delivered digitally by email
- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
- Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated or extended
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- MEDD is not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered during purchase
SALE
Sale orders will be delivered within up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
SAMPLE SALE
From time to time, MEDD/WEAR may offer items as part of a Sample Sale.
These items may include:
- showroom samples
- pieces used in photoshoots
- prototype or archive pieces from previous collections
Such items may have minor imperfections or signs of handling, which is why they are offered at a reduced price.
Please note that all Sample Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are for one time use. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
You will own the goods when we receive payment in full. We require a signature for any goods delivered. If your order is available in stock, you may received it within 1 week or sooner. For Backorder, shipping will take 3 months or more.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to you, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Qatar orders are shipped by a courier with additional coast depending on the area and international orders are shipped by DHL with additional cost for a speedy delivery.
Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us.If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to MEDD/WEAR and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
We aim to get most orders dispatched within 1 week or sooner if your order is available, if your order is backorder we will inform you how long it will take before you purchase your order. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, government restrictions, border closures, political situations, or logistical disruptions, order processing or delivery may be delayed.
In certain situations, the shipping method may also be changed from air freight to land shipping depending on operational conditions.
We will always do our best to inform customers of any potential delays and appreciate your understanding during such circumstances.
EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZE CHART before making a purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at info@meddwear.com quoting your order number and sizing issue within 3 days of receiving your order. In case of any requested alteration additional charge will apply.
Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted.
Once we receive the said information, a customer service representative will contact you with size options.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can exchange your unused items within 3 days
- The item must not be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.
- The item with all the original packaging and tags still attached.
- The item with all accessories.
- The item on Sale/Special Promotions considered as a final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.
Items will be returned by a courier we provide and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please note: All refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
All customers can email us at info@meddwear.com with their order number & reason of return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your request is approved, we will process your new order for exchange.
ALTERATION
We offer free alterations for local orders only, within 7 days of receiving the order, otherwise alteration coast will apply.
We do not offer alterations for International orders.
QUALITY CHECK
Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at info@meddwear.com quoting your invoice number, the description of the damage and an image if possible. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package.
Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the shipping fees of the replacement item, if the replacement is out of stock a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on MEDD/WEAR. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
CANCELLATION
After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 1 hours to reverse the transaction. credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days.
THE WEBSITE
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام
تُعد هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”، “الاتفاقية”) اتفاقية بين MEDD/WEAR (“نحن”، “لنا”، “خاصتنا”) وبينك (“المستخدم”، “أنت”، “خاصتك”). تحدد هذه الاتفاقية الشروط والأحكام العامة لاستخدامك لموقع meddwear.com وأي من منتجاته أو خدماته (ويُشار إليها مجتمعة بـ”الموقع” أو “الخدمات”).
هذا الموقع والمتجر الإلكتروني مملوك ومدار من قبل MEDD/WEAR ويُشار إليه فيما بعد بـ MEDD/WEAR. جميع المعلومات والمنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من خلال الموقع هي للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري فقط.
باستخدامك للموقع أو أي من خدماته فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الاتفاقية وتوافق على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة فيها. وفي حال عدم موافقتك على هذه الشروط، فلا يحق لك استخدام الموقع أو الوصول إلى خدماته.
حقوق الملكية الفكرية
علامة MEDD/WEAR التجارية مسجلة لدى وزارة التجارة والصناعة في دولة قطر.
هذا الموقع مملوك ومدار من قبل MEDD/WEAR – الدوحة، قطر.
جميع العلامات التجارية والتصاميم والصور والرسومات والشعارات والمواد الأخرى المعروضة على الموقع أو على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي هي ملكية محفوظة لـ MEDD/WEAR.
جميع الحقوق محفوظة عالمياً.
يُحظر نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أي جزء من الموقع كلياً أو جزئياً دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من MEDD/WEAR. كما أن استخدامك للموقع لا يمنحك أي حق في استخدام أو إعادة إنتاج العلامات التجارية الخاصة بنا.
الحساب / قبول الطلب
لاستخدام بعض الخدمات أو الميزات المتوفرة في الموقع، قد يُطلب منك إنشاء حساب.
عند التسجيل، يجب عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة ومحدثة وكاملة.
في حال حدوث أي تغيير في معلومات التسجيل الخاصة بك، يرجى إبلاغنا فوراً عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

كما نحتفظ بحق تعديل متطلبات التسجيل من وقت لآخر.
في حال كان المنتج الذي طلبته غير متوفر في المخزون أو تأخر تسليمه أو تغير سعره، سنحاول التواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلته عند الطلب.
وفي حال تعذر التواصل معك أو عدم تلقي رد، سنستمر في معالجة باقي المنتجات في الطلب.
في حال رغبتك بتعديل أو تغيير الطلب يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الطلب.
يتم قبول الطلبات من خلال:

الدفع
نقبل الدفع الإلكتروني عبر:
-Apple Pay

ولا نقبل حالياً:
-الدفع عند الاستلام
-التحويل البنكي
-الشيكات
سيتم قبول طلبك بعد استلام الدفع الكامل.
الأسعار
الأسعار المعروضة في الموقع بالريال القطري.
قد تتغير الأسعار من وقت لآخر نتيجة التخفيضات أو عوامل تجارية أخرى.
نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت.
السعر المعتمد لطلبك هو السعر المعروض وقت تأكيد الطلب.
اولوية التوصيل
طلبات الطلب المسبق (Backorder) بسعرها الكامل لها اولوية في التوصيل ويتم تسليمها في مدة 4 اسابيع، اما طلبات التخفيضات والمواسم فيتم تسليمها خلال مدة تصل الى 3 اشهر.
بطاقة الهدية
• صالحة للطلبات من خلال موقع مد الإلكتروني فقط
• يتم إرسال بطاقة الهدية إلكترونيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني
• البطاقة صالحة لمدة 3 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء
• لا يمكن إعادة تفعيل أو تمديد البطاقات المنتهية
• بطاقات الهدية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال النقدي
• مد غير مسؤول عن إدخال بريد إلكتروني غير صحيح أثناء الشراء
التخفيضات
سيتم توصيل طلبات التخفيضات خلال مدة تصل الى 3 اشهر من تاريخ الشراء.
Sample Sale
قد تقدم MEDD/WEAR من وقت لآخر منتجات ضمن Sample Sale
تشمل هذه المنتجات عادة:
-عينات عرض
-قطع مستخدمة في جلسات التصوير
-قطع تجريبية أو من مجموعات سابقة
قد تحتوي هذه القطع على اختلافات بسيطة أو آثار عرض طفيفة، ولذلك يتم بيعها بسعر مخفّض.
يرجى ملاحظة أن جميع منتجات Sample Sale تعتبر بيعاً نهائياً ولا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها.
أكواد الخصم
أكواد الخصم تستخدم لمرة واحدة فقط.
ولا يمكن استخدامها مع أي عروض أو أكواد أخرى.
كما يجب استخدامها قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المحدد.
التوصيل والشحن
تنتقل ملكية المنتجات إليك بعد استلامنا الدفع الكامل.
قد يُطلب توقيع عند الاستلام للطلبات المسلمة.
إذا كان المنتج متوفراً في المخزون:
-يتم التوصيل خلال أسبوع واحد أو أقل.
أما في حالة الطلب المسبق (Backorder):
-قد يستغرق الشحن 3 أشهر أو أكثر.
نسعى دائماً لتوصيل الطلبات بأفضل حالة وفي أسرع وقت ممكن.
-الطلبات داخل قطر يتم شحنها عبر شركة توصيل مع رسوم إضافية حسب المنطقة.
-الطلبات الدولية يتم شحنها عبر DHL مع رسوم إضافية.
أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب في بلد الوصول يتحملها العميل.
جميع المشتريات مؤمنة أثناء الشحن حتى يتم تسليمها.
في حال رفض الاستلام أو عدم التواجد رغم محاولات شركة الشحن، سيتم إعادة الشحنة إلى MEDD/WEAR وقد يتم تحميل العميل رسوم الشحن والضرائب غير المدفوعة.
الظروف الاستثنائية
في حال حدوث ظروف استثنائية أو أزمات خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل الأحوال الجوية، أو القيود الحكومية، أو إغلاق الحدود، أو الظروف السياسية أو اللوجستية، قد يحدث تأخير في معالجة الطلبات أو توصيلها.
كما قد يتم تغيير طريقة الشحن من الشحن الجوي إلى الشحن البري حسب ما تقتضيه الظروف التشغيلية.
نحن نحرص دائماً على إبلاغ العملاء بأي تأخير محتمل، ونقدّر تفهّمكم في مثل هذه الحالات.
الاستبدال / الإرجاع / الاسترداد
نحرص على رضا عملائنا عن مشترياتهم.
ولتجنب أي إشكاليات، نوصي دائماً بالاطلاع على دليل المقاسات قبل الشراء.
في حال عدم مناسبة المقاس، يمكن التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
مع ذكر:
-رقم الطلب
-مشكلة المقاس
قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية على التعديلات.
شروط الاستبدال:
-أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم
-غير مغسول
-غير معطر
-غير معدل
-مع جميع الملصقات الأصلية
-مع التغليف الأصلي
-مع جميع الإكسسوارات
المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن العروض تعتبر بيع نهائي (غير قابل للاسترجاع).
كما لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال للطلبات الدولية.
في حال وجود أي آثار استخدام، سيتم إعادة المنتج للعميل.
تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع يتحملها العميل،
إلا في حال كان المنتج:
-تالف
-معيب
-تم تسليمه بشكل خاطئ
جميع المبالغ المستردة يتم إرجاعها إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
التعديلات (Alterations)
نقدم تعديلات مجانية للطلبات داخل قطر فقط خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.
بعد ذلك قد يتم فرض رسوم تعديل.
ولا نقدم خدمة التعديل للطلبات الدولية.
فحص الجودة
نقوم بفحص جميع المنتجات قبل الشحن.
في حال استلام منتج تالف، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام عمل مع:
-رقم الفاتورة
-وصف الضرر
-صورة إن أمكن
سيتم إرسال شركة شحن لاستلام المنتج.
بعد الفحص سيتم:
-إرسال بديل بدون رسوم شحن
أو
-إصدار استرداد مالي إذا كان المنتج غير متوفر.
يتم إرجاع المبلغ خلال 15 إلى 30 يوماً.
الألوان
نحرص على عرض ألوان المنتجات بدقة قدر الإمكان.
لكن قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً حسب شاشة الجهاز المستخدم.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال ساعة واحدة فقط من وقت الدفع.
وسيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 15 إلى 30 يوماً.
الموقع الإلكتروني
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط أو سياسات الموقع في أي وقت.
ويعتبر استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد التعديلات موافقة على الشروط الجديدة.
