ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between MEDD/WEAR ("MEDD/WEAR", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the meddwear.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by MEDD/WEAR hereinafter referred to as MEDD/WEAR. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.

MEDD/WEAR is a trade mark registered in Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Qatar. This website is owned, managed and operated by MEDD/WEAR Doha, Qatar. All trademarks, designs, pictures, graphics, logos, photos & other materials on our website, social media websites are copyrighted to MEDD/WEAR. All worldwide rights are reserved. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Your use of our Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any MEDD/WEAR trademarks.

 

ACCOUNT / ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following email address customercare@meddwear.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

If items that you ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. For any reasons of editing or changing your orders you may contact us via email customercare@meddwear.com within 24 hours.

Orders are accepted through our Website and Exhibitions only. 

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments online using Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and NAPS. We do not accept or offer cash on delivery, bank transfer or cheque at this moment.Your order will be accepted after we receive the payment in full.

 

PRICING

Prices shown on the Site are in Qatari Riyal. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to markdowns and other commercial factors.We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time.The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted. 

 

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes are for one time use. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

You will own the goods when we receive payment in full. We require a signature for any goods delivered. If your order is available in stock, you may received it within 1 week or sooner. For Backorder, shipping will take 3 months or more.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to you, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Qatar orders are shipped by a courier with additional coast depending on the area and international orders are shipped by DHL with additional cost for a speedy delivery. 

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us.If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to MEDD/WEAR and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.

We aim to get most orders dispatched within 1 week or sooner if your order is available, if your order is backorder we will inform you how long it will take before you purchase your order. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.

 

EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZE CHART before making a purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at customercare@meddwear.com quoting your order number and sizing issue within 3 days of receiving your order. In case of any requested alteration additional charge will apply.

Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official invoice or reference number will not be accepted. 

Once we receive the said information, a customer service representative will contact you with size options.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can exchange your unused items within 3 days 

- The item must not be worn, altered, perfumed or washed.

- The item with all the original packaging and tags still attached.

- The item with all accessories.

- The item on Sale/Special Promotions considered as a final sale.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Items will be returned by a courier we provide and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Please note: All refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

All customers can email us at customercare@meddwear.com with their order number & reason of return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your request is approved, we will process your new order for exchange.

 

ALTERATION

We offer free alterations for local orders only, within 7 days of receiving the order, otherwise alteration coast will apply.

We do not offer alterations for International orders. 

 

QUALITY CHECK

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at customercare@meddwear.com quoting your invoice number, the description of the damage and an image if possible. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package.

Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the shipping fees of the replacement item, if the replacement is out of stock a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on MEDD/WEAR. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

CANCELLATION 

After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 1 hours to reverse the transaction. credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days.

 

THE WEBSITE

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
